She holds a Ph.D. in Public Service Leadership from Capella University, along with two master’s degrees— one in Management from Oral Roberts University and another in Human Services from Capella University. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oral Roberts University. A dynamic force in academia, philanthropy, and enterprise, Dr. Love currently serves as Regent & Director of Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) at Covenant University, where she leads initiatives to drive financial sustainability and institutional growth. As the visionary founder of Bloom Woman, Dr. Love empowers women to embrace leadership, purpose, and holistic growth. She and her husband co-lead the Love-in- Action Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to supporting orphans and widows, reflecting their deep commitment to social impact and service.

Beyond leadership and philanthropy, she is passionate about teaching and mentoring on building successful, godly marriages and guiding singles to make the right, God-centered choice of a life partner.
